Rent a table to present your products/business at our Family Day.

For 2018 our Family Day will be at the Strassen community center like in 2017. Please note this may be subject to change should a better venue come along in which case you will be notified asap.

 

You are free to place anything on your 75cm x 150cm standard table (promotional material, products etc).

Please note that your ticket does not include space surrounding your table. You are welcome to pin material to the front of your table.

 

Promotion:

Table vendors will gain great promotional exposure at our event as well as prior to the event, online marketing & social media as well as a prominent display on our event program.

Please complete steps below and you will see further terms and conditions at checkout.  We encourage you to also sponsor a prize for the raffle table/prize draw/tombola so we can further promote your business.

 

Leading up to the event, the table vendors are required to share the FB event here on their social media/online marketing channels.

Access to venue for setup:

Either Sat 24 Nov 2-4pm or Sun 25 Nov 9:30 am - 11am. Guests arrival on Sunday 25 Nov 11:00. End of event: 15:00

Please note all vendor tables must be ready at 11am on sunday on time for arrival of our guests.
