Service Description

Learn fun, easy and inspiring dance moves for a pleasurable and positive birth/motherhood experience and pre-postnatal fitness fun. Classes also include valuable birth/motherhood wisdom, celebration, relaxation, mindfulness and bonding with each other. No previous dance experience needed! If you can walk, you can dance :-)

Cancellation Policy

Weekly classes booked sessions can only be rescheduled 24h in advance. Courses can only be cancelled with full refund 1 week before course starting date
